Property Needs Assessment 

Tampa Housing Authority (THA) selected HADP Architecture, Inc. who is working with Ivy Group Consultants, Inc. to provide professional services in the preparation of all of the THA’s HUD: BETA Test PNA and Energy Audit Assignment. The project consisted of an on-site assessment of all building systems, building enclosure elements (Roofing Systems, Windows, Walls and Doors), Unit Interiors, Common Area Elements and Site Features with electronic reporting and traditional reporting for a complete property needs assessment (PNA). Green and Traditional improvements are evaluated.

The PNA/Energy Audit assignment spanned 24 Separate Site Developments, 3,000 Housing Units in over 630 buildings and encompassed approximately 4 Million Square Feet of Heated and Cooled building area. We recently completed the electronic reporting portion of the project and are now completing the traditional PNA reports.

All work was completed in association with HADP Architecture, Inc. under the Firm’s 4th year Annual contract for continuing services with THA. Energy Audit Services are being provided by Johnson Controls Incorporated (JCI). (Work performed by Robert Bitterli and Mitch Wright for our sister company HADP Architecture, Inc.)
